Maticevski is pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping. All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
All orders are delivered via DHL Express or one of our trusted nominated carriers.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, Maticevski covers all applicable duties and taxes on behalf of our clients, so there are no additional duties or taxes payable upon delivery, except as specifically noted below for orders shipped to the United States. For orders delivered to the United States, Maticevski covers applicable duties and taxes on the client's behalf; however, the 12.5% US import tariff applicable to Australian exports is not covered by Maticevski and remains the responsibility of the client. This tariff will be assessed as part of the US import and customs clearance process and will be collected separately from the client.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures upon arrival in the destination country. These procedures may occasionally result in delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Maticevski cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other associated import processes.
To comply with Australian Export Regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all ordered items and identify them as dutiable merchandise where applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your delivery details and tracking number.
A complete delivery address must be provided, together with an email address and a phone number.
During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
International orders generally have an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the carrier will provide a delivery attempt notification.
